The drama called Love Letter 5 years from now talks about the husband passing away from an illness and couldn't wait for his son to be born.

Haven't watched/don't dare to watch, but from this video, it seems like he left behind a lot of messages and stuff for his wife and son.
very sad but sweet. the power of japanese sad dramas is that they emit courage, strength, something that we can learn from.

For korean sad dramas, it's more like love and tears...that's all.
